My experience at 51fifteen felt like a VIP experience. My friend and I headed to a bar and ordered drinks off of the specialty cocktail menu. The drinks were beautiful and tasted just as good as they looked. We even had the pleasure of meeting the marketing manager Carlos Villa during our visit. He introduced us to other great drink options and he truly added to our experience. Not only was Carlos great, but the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. The mixologist did an amazing job with the drinks, and they were the best looking, tasting, and most consistent drinks in all of Houston. I will definitely be returning!! 5 star experience!

service was excellent, dining area is very pretty, clean from floor to ceiling to restroom. a pianist takes requests which makes a pleasant moment even better in terms of food, we had the brunch menu. I took some wagyu carpaccio on the side that i loved very much, haven't had carpaccio in years and it was great. the salad didn't look like much but tasted very good, the cheesy creamy sauce and tiny bits of bacon made it all better. took egg Benedicts, it was kinda disappointing, they eggs were not runny, it still tasted ok, asparagus was delicious the bread pudding was excellent, not too sweet, a mix of soft and crunch texture, some ice cream on top and fruits. very good

I looooooovvvveeeedddd everything about this place. The restaurant was gorgeous. The live band and singers sang all the perfect songs. The people inside the restaurant looked amazing. The food and mimosas tasted lovely. What more can you ask for on your Sunday brunch?

I went here after dinner Saturday for my 33rd birthday with my friends. They have amazing creative cocktails! Many thanks to Carlos for bringing out the Chocolate Sphere martini and even a flaming Tres Leches dessert for my birthday! The atmosphere is also very chic and beautiful! Love the blue hallway by the bathroom too. I high recommend this place! We will be back soon!!

Yesterday, I visited 51Fifteen for the first time. Wow - talk about hospitality!!! I felt like I came to someone's home. Everyone, from the hostess, to servers, to bartenders, to managers, to the pianist - were friendly, welcoming and completely in service to us. And oh! Octavio - make us super fancy and delicious cocktails that looked like they came from a cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine! My favorite part was when we were greeted by Carlos, marketing director. He made our visit unforgettable! He made us feel like we were visiting his home: laughed with us, made sure we had a blast and turned our ordinary day into a party! Carlos showed us something I have not seen in a while - his passion for his job! He truly loves and cares for each team members and each customer. If you are looking for a fun and heartwarming atmosphere, I highly recommend making 51Fifteen at Saks - that place for you and your friends!!!
