Lovely friendly staff with reasonable pricing and merchandise at Houston location. Problem is the Houston location does everything through their parent store in Terrace and that store is awful. We have dealt with them on three occasions and on all three occasions the Terrance location made something problematic happen. The last time they charged some little old lady for one of our large items. Told us we didn't owe the money and basically told us that we didn't know how to count. Then a year later they said "oops, you totally owe us money cough it up" less than a month before Christmas during a pandemic. You are better off going anywhere else.

Friendly and helpful. I was expecting to see really high prices and was pleasantly surprised to find very decent and affordable name brand merchandise.
