Jessica was very professional and provided us with more confidence in our purchase. She answered all my questions and is now my go to for appraisals and consultations.
i was able to get a quick appointment. upon arriving, i was kindly greeted and sent to Jessica’s office promptly.
Spoke to Jessica on the phone and she seemed to be irritated by my questions and seemed to be in a rush to get off the phone. Also it was very unclear wether they allowed walk-ins or appointments despite me asking. Phone etiquette is something that needs to be improved.
Jessica appraised my fiance's engagement ring before I purchased it. She identified a mark on the centerstone that was not shown on the GIA report. Because of this, I was able to get the jeweler to correct the issue and have GIA re-grade the stone. Jessica is highly professional and transparent. I highly recommend using her for your jewelry appraisals.
