Service Manager, Brian Loveless, was great. I had ordered a cargo cover for my MDX and needed it installed because I did not have the right tools to install it myself. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment and was able to get it installed in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!

I went in to test drive a used Dodge car that was on their lot. An appointment was set and I drove over an hour to test drive this car. I get there on time and at first everyone seems nice. The sales person I was supposed to meet up with was finishing up some paperwork with another client, which I was fine with. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time and no other sales person seemed to help me out. I simply came in to test drive a car and ended up being there for over an hour. I am 20 years old and look young. Because of this I was immediately profiled as a “kid” who just wanted to test drive a car for the hell of it. My intention was to buy it based on how well the test drive went and if the price was right. Finally after waiting the lady asked for my drivers license, which I was okay with. After that they ask for a printout of my insurance card. I thought the question was a little off (maybe I’m just new at this) but being that I am an insurance agent and have better access to my insurance than most I had no problem showing it. After I show my insurance card they then proceed to ask if I’m okay with them checking my CREDIT SCORE, for a test drive. I later learned from my parents that I should not have done this. Being that I am young I undoubtedly knew I would need a co-sign, but I wasn’t there to buy that day. I just wanted to see if the car was for me or not. Overall my experience at John Eagle Acura was horrible. I was profiled for being young, treated with disrespect, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for reliable, friendly service.

Since moving to Houston, John Eagle Acura was my dealership of choice for service on my 2012 Acura TL and because of their 5 star service it was an obvious choice to upgrade my vehicle with them. Ansar was my salesman. Upon selection of my vehicle he went above and beyond to meet my requests and make the deal happen. Extremely personable, professional and easy going. Highly engaging and zero pressure tactics. Ensured that I was comfortable at each step of the process. I could not be happier with my new TLX which I have named Stella, Miss Rose if you nasty...LOL...Thank you Ansar for a wonderful car buying experience. As long as I'm in the Houston Metro area John Eagle Acura will be my dealership of choice.

Second, because the services at John Eagle are fast and very good, you will be out in no time with your vehicle tuned up for a great drive. Worked with Micah and highly recommend him. By far the best, no BS experience I’ve had with a dealership all around. Negotiations were done with my rep and the manager Leon (who was also great). They were very fair and we were both more than happy with the deal. Would definitely buy again with the same rep and manager!
