If I could give the shop 6 stars, I would. I took my truck in with an idea of what my issue was. It turns out that my issue was considerably worse than I had expected. Bob told me the issue and never tried to push or steer me to a decision. He was very upfront and transparent about the problems with the truck and but didn’t try to up-sale me. He stayed in communication while he had my truck, sending me pics and videos so I knew the repairs were actually being made. He had the truck done on time and he stayed within the agreed upon budget. If I ever have issues again with my truck, or if I have friends or family in need of a diesel shop, I will send them to Bob at Houston Performance Diesel without hesitation.

Bob, thank you for helping me out. Bob fixed someone else's dirty work and gave me a good price for work that was already paid for before somewhere else. He called me back after i told him my problems, got me in and out cause this is my work truck, reasonable person. Thank you!! i will definitely trust him again, why? because work was double checked even when finished, i have NOT had one problem with it in 2 months.

I called Bob with the thought of my turbo going out. He was open and honest. His shop was slapped full. He had me out in 36hrs. It was a clogged Emission system. Not only does my truck run cooler, I have doubled my mpg. Will tell everyone I know to go... Thanks BOB!
