Sassy Frass

Not good. Had a bad water heater. Plumber told me it may work if he changed thermostat and heating element, but that I should just go for a new water heater. I tried the less expensive way first, knowing it may not work. However, the plumber changed the thermostat and charged me 179 for about an hours work plus thermostat. I had new elements on hand. When he left he said if it works it should take 2 hours to fully heat up. It never did. When I reached out to him again he said the heating element was corroded and could not be changed. I asked for his office to tell me what a new water heater will cost. They never even bothered to call.

Claimed to have fixed a sewer drain, but never actually tested it. so then we get our entire basement flooded on day one of using it, they would not accept any blame for it. But they were sure happy to take 4 grand from us. Would not recommend at all.

Had a bad coupling and a pinhole leak on the pipe leading into the hot water tank. Called Houston plumbing, Brett came in and fixed both issues. Did a great job. Definitely will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.
