Working in Houston this week and found them on Yelp. Small place in an older strip mall, the place was BUSY! I went with the fish and chicken plate with dirty rice. Fish was some of the best I've had in the past year, great flavor and spice. Would definitely recommend you try them when you're in the area.

Wonderful local place for great poboys.... Since we moved here to Houston.... My wife and I have been trying as many local places as possible.... This place had great portions for your money.... Taste was great.... The hoggie bun was soft... We went there at 5 when people were getting food for dinner... And the bread tasted as it was fresh.... All the fixings given were fresh and tasted great.... We will be going again... This time with a much bigger order.... place was cleaned... it was an older place... but the people kept it up.... social distancing... all employees wearing face masks for their protection... and for their customers....Good job keep it up...
Got the Shrimp/ Oyster Platter- flavor was definitely on point, and the size of the shrimp/ oysters were nice. Just looking for a bigger platter (looked like they were counted)... even if they charge a little more, I’ll pay. I’m used to dropping a few dollars more and the plate is overloaded with the seafood and fries!!

You can't go wrong with Sleepy's! I recommend calling your order in first as the wait can be a bit long but the great food is worth it!
Amazing! They have some of the best po-boys in Houston. The philly and shrimp are my favorite. All of the appetizers/sides are sooo delicious! This is a top favorite for sure. Highly recommend
Ordered two platters today one happened to be the chicken and shrimp and the chicken tasted SCORCHED, Salad that came with it was just shredded lettuce a tomato and pickles (toppings from a hamburger NOT A SALAD). Food could be seasoned better. Customer Service wasn't great either, cashier wasn't pleasant. I tried this place because of the 4.3 star Google rating but definitely not hold up to that, WILL NOT BE RETURNING
