When you are buying a car, it is hard to understand the percentage and the additional information. This center Sterling McCall Lexus is full of with experienced people. Usually I don’t write reviews, but I couldn’t walk by because of Jimmy Le, my sales consultant. He was clear on every step and fast with documents. Super hospitality and professional person. I highly recommend him.

Professional, courteous, friendly, less than 30 minute pricing/sale discussion to reach an agreed sales price, very professional, organized financial contract process. Will do a followup with sales representative for further auto electronic instructions. One item remains to be resolved, dealership is not experienced in transferring same customer disabled auto plates from trade in to new purchase auto. However, dealer financial manager promised a auto plate refund once final transaction approved by TXDOT.
