This company has some major billing issues. We never received any bill from this company and now received a collection notice from SCS (specialized collection systems)INC. Looking at the reviews we are not the only ones fighting this issue. If I could give them a zero star I would.

I paid a bill on 09/01/20, but this company still reported me to Specialized Collections. Specialized Collections repotted me to the Credit Bureau on 11/23/20. However, Specialized Collections never contacted me, and it in now 12/14/20. Almost a mont later I was never asked to pay a bill that was paid in September 2020. Next step, to report them to Better Business Bureau. If you report companies like this enough a class action will eventually be started against them.

This company does have serious billing issues. I never received any bills at home and i got a letter from collections 4months later. I called the medical office and they had all incorrect information and learned they were sending all my medical bills to the wrong address and had a incorrect phone number as well. unbelievable. Now awaiting to see if collections approves of the withdrawal.

I am yet another one who now has a collection on my squeaky clean credit report because of this business!!!! I am livid! What is going on with this place???? Something is clearly going very wrong in the billing department! I PAY my bills and I do NOT appreciate being reported to collections for a bill I never received!!!!

Update 2 - I've been emailing that address from the review reply for over a month and so far nobody is able to assist. I've reached out to the Department of Veterans Affair Legal Assistance to see what, if any legal action I can take against them. Will keep everyone posted in hopes that it helps anyone else that is going through same issue. Update - Just found out from Cigna that they tried to bill me twice, when the second bill was rejected they waited a year and sent me to collections. Place is a scam, haven't been here in a year and then somehow I have a bill that was sent to collection 11 months later. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
