There was a mix up on an appointment, on both my part and the sales rep was I dealing with. In all fairness James was great. However he was not there during this visit and the current person, made no attempt to help resolve this, offer an alternative appointment or an alternative car. There was a whole array of things to he could do, when I made this point to him, he was comfortable for me walk out of the store without a resolution. It means that Sales team that was there , had no interesting selling a car to me, maybe Telsa has a large volume of sales and they can afford to have not have new customers.

Smooth experience, no issues. I would hVe been interested in a more thorough walkthrough, though. My agent was super friendly and willing to show me anything I wanted to know... I just didn't know what to ask about. No real complaints... It was a great experience.

Loved the service and care received here. Joshua, our rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us well through the entire process and helped in completing the order.I highly recommend the location as it was very convenient to reach as well.

The cars basically sell themselves, but the dealer has very friendly “salesmen”. The buying process could be a lot more smoother but overall it wasnt a terrible experience like most dealerships Edit: I originally gave this more stars, but i think that was caused by the high of purchasing a new car. Now that we have had the car for a bit, and i have had to deal with them a little more, 1 star is more then what they deserve. This is not a review about Tesla as a car, they are great, but the customer service here is terrible. There were so many speed bumps along the way and no-one has a clue what is going on.

I mean, I don't even know where to start here. My new Model S coolant had a minor leak which caused the coolant sensor to go off and alert me. The soonest appointment was 2 weeks out and I could not wait that long risking unintentional damage to the car. I drove to this service center (on a freaking Saturday????) knowing that I could potentially be denied a walk-in service. However, my service advisor, Marissa, was able to squeeze me in due to the urgency of the matter. Providing exceptional customer service and reassuring me the problem will be handled, I was immediately at ease. Marissa was unable to provide a loaner (at no fault of hers) but assisted me with sharing an Uber voucher getting me through the weekend & Monday. Callie was awesome and super nice when I needed further information on the status of the car. Overall, this was a great experience with a tough situation (car problems are the worst). For everyone reading this, please keep in mind that car problems are already stressful and tedious so most customers are going in already upset. Having service advisors with such great customer service skills makes the experience much better. Thank you Tesla service team and thank you Chris for leading such a successful operation.

Mike Q always provides top notch customer service. Vehicle had a couple recalls and they were able to get them done within 24 hours.

They gave our car to another customer when our delivery was scheduled. They don’t care about you. Their customer service is just trying to push our cars to meet their quota which is kind of annoying considering the customer should come first. It is what it is. If your car has design flaws, you will not be able to do anything about it. Take all of this into consideration before taking delivery.
