Went in for a haircut this afternoon was greeted at the front desk. A older gentleman had said “everybody trying to get a last minute haircut” . I thought that was kind of unnecessary. So I paid the young lady for my hair cut. She asked me the car I would be in, and told me they would come get me when they were ready for me. After this I saw at-least two other clients get haircuts. While I waited in my car for 45 minutes. I had to go back in after 45 minutes because they forgot about me. I only got a pat on the back and a “my bad”. The barber shop was almost empty as far as clients. So they weren’t even busy. The hair cut was ok! Barber was nice and professional.I asked for a fade and he ended up giving me a bald fade instead and cut my hair below wave length which I didn’t want. I could live with a bad hair cut, but not bad customer service as well. The young lady at the front desk did say bye on my way out. While she was on the phone leaning over the counter. I only came here because it was close, and was under time constraints. Don’t have anything to say good about my visit. Only that it was close to my house?
I have been going to Texas barber college for a couple of months and I like how I get treated once I step there. The young lady at the front is always super sweet Makes you feel welcome. Everyone is very respectful there. Come see them!! Don’t be to harsh THEY ARE STUDENTS.
thought I'd get a perfect haircut, let alone at a barber college. I had my doubts but all that was put to bed , everyone greets you makes you feel welcome ,the receptionist is A1 and attentive never misses a beat . walk in , feel welcome and get taking care of No Cap ......And Big ups To Gio the man's a tru artist ️\u200d️ ask about him
before coming here I tried two other schools and it wasn't a good week good before I was looking for another school due to too much riff raff unprofessionalism and bad drama. I must say apart from Houston jillcommunity college this is the best school ever very professionnal the staff here are very courteous, helpful polite and, respectful giving you a sense and feel of self worth and motivation to be productive and successful
