Being an expat in The Netherlands with some Dutch language limitations, I found very easy to find this service online and to communicate with them. Making an appointment was easy and took around 3 weeks to have to technician visiting our apartment. The technician was very friendly and helpful. Even communicated with us in English (when we were trying our poor Dutch skills)! He was very honest and clear about the spare parts that were needed (showed why) and asked for our permission for the extra costs before applying them. Very transparent and clean. The job was done well and professionally. We highly recommend Warmte Group!

I will give 3 based on the one off service. The guy arrived on time seemed to get the job done. However afterwards there was a lot of air in the radiators, and the shower went cold after use. I called back as everything was working fine before the service. So they sent out another guy. He arrived and smelt really bad of stale cigarettes and then told me that the radiators needed bleeding and that was my problem or an extra cost and not included in the service of 2 days prior. You would think that this would be included. Anyway the shower problem. Apparently nothing to do with the boiler despite the fact it was working prior to the service. Oh and I paid double the quoted cost due to parts. Found the guy today to be quite arrogant and uncaring especially as I a single mother and I don’t really know much about the plumbing of houses. Not very impressed.
ITS A JOKE. I have to pay 78 euro because I cant open door for CV ketel check WHEN IM POSITIVE CORONA TESTED. How can I let you know 48h before if i got result at the same day when was appointment?
They did a very attentive cleaning/maintenance work on my CV: the guy took the time to do the job, he was polite, explain everything he did, he cleaned after he worked and he even put away the cleaning products he moven in order to operate (and he ordered them better than myself!). Fabulous. I had to change the appointment and they were accommodating easily my needs...and being polite on the phone.
Very Friendly operator and efficient! Annual check up for the Heating system.
