I had them come check my hot tub. They ordered a heater and put it in 450 and it has never worked. I called multiple times they said I don't know what's wrong after I had a new pump installed by someone else it still wouldn't work but everything else worked but the heater. I now have another company here who said it's wired wrong. The heater part. I had to drive up and get the paperwork to the pump myself and they never offered to come back give me my money back
