Can't recommend Iain Plant at 3J's highly enough. He listened carefully to our particular requirements for the type of survey needed on our property, and came back with a number of options to adequately suit our needs. You feel like they aren't just trying to up-sell you the most comprehensive survey going - rather they are happy to provide you with the right service for you. And in our case that was highly appreciated! The survey itself was incredibly thorough.. and Iain was happy to offer his personal alongside professional opinion, which was incredibly valuable to us. I employed the services of Iain Plant from 3J's Surveyors to do the survey on my house during the buying process. Had a very detailed meeting at the office, very thorough, helpful and friendly Surveyor. He did a full survey on the property, including detailed report and huge collection of photos pointing out all the aspects of the property. This was great for me knowing that all the information I needed to make the buying decision was available. Iain made sure to contact me after with several calls giving me advice about future developments and maintenance. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend this firm and Iain.

We (leaseholders of two separate flats) hired Iain to negotiate with the freeholder's agent for purchase of the freehold.
