Neil was very knowledgeable about washing machines. He provided the very good diagnosis of the problem and was able to advise on whether to repair or replace. He was polite and courteous. I would recommend his service.
Neil provided excellent advice on the telephone. With over 20 years experience he has extensive knowledge. He knew what the problem was without having to visit and I was able to fix the problem with the instructions given which avoided a repair or possible new machine purchase. Therefore I would suggest he is trustworthy. Very helpful and friendly service. I am now more aware or how to look after my machine. Highly recommend.
