I have been a member at Adapt for over 2 years now. It is a fantastic gym. Everyone from the members to the staff are really friendly. It is not often that you walk in to a place and every staff member knows your name and greats you with a hello and a smile. They really do here. The staff are always happy to help too. Excellent.

It has been a while since I last went here and I didn't have a good experience, but, it looks like they have invested some money into the gym and changing rooms. It is very nice now and the changing rooms are very clean and modern, even though the hooks in the shower area are all falling off ! I was asked to wash my hands and had my temperature taken before I was allowed in. It was nice and quiet when I went so had no problems, but I do think some of the machines could be a bit further away from each other. There was, lots of hand sanitizer and on the walls with wipes for the machines, which is reassuring I would definitely recommend this gym now

Im a member of Hussle Partners and decided to try Adapt Fitness as i have heard good reviews from friends who are members, i was very impressed with how Corona friendly the placed seemed with boxes of wipes around and the young man at reception was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the recent lockdown came and i haven’t been since but will definitely be returning again soon.
