Having had Alexander lessons with other teachers in the past, I came to see Alan after a break of several years. I’ve found his skill and approach to be absolutely fantastic, especially the practical aspect of the lessons but also his explanations of the technique and the human body, and his useful tips. I have learned to be far more aware of my posture both when working behind a desk and in all aspects of day-to-day life, which has enabled me to reduce the stiffness and discomfort in my back, neck and shoulders. His expertise means that my bi-weekly lessons always leave me feeling hugely relaxed, free from tension and walking tall. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Alan to any potential clients.
