Gary is the best! I have been suffering from back, neck and shoulder pain for many years. I have seen several GPs, Physios and Chiaros with some results but never with lasting success. No-one could ever diagnose the root cause of my issue and I was heavily relying on medication. Then I met Gary... and everything changed! Within a few minutes Gary diagnosed the source of my pains and after a 1h treatment my pain was massively reduced. I went for a second visit a few days later and managed to drop most of my medication! I know it sounds unreal but Gary really hit the nail on the head with his diagnosis and treatment methods! Gary’s approach might come across as a bit direct to start with, but he is really excellent in assessing your body , finding the issues and giving you treatment and advise in how to make the changes needed to make you feel better ! He did not only relief my pain but acted as a heath coach! I can only highly recommend him and now enjoy a pain free life - Don’t hesitate and see Gary to see the results for yourself !

After suffering with hip and back pain for several months I decided to see Gary after reading the good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed, his down to earth approach and honest advice have given me the tools to take charge of my own health and I now understand the bigger picture. Would recommend Gary to anybody especially if you have had repetitive injuries.

Gary is an amazing Osteopath. Though he is much more than this! I have suffered back pain for the best part of 20 years. I have seen what feels like hundreds of different specialists, and spend thousands of pounds over the years. Gary was the first one to tell me that I have hyper mobility in my joints, and how this was linked to some of my ailments. It made a lot of sense. Along with some cracking manipulation in the sessions, he got me to do some Diaphragmatic breathing exercises at home, coupled with Sun Salutations. He explained how this is intrinsically linked to the nervous system, and how this affects the tension in the muscles. (His knowledge of anatomy is outstanding). This has been a revelation. Just within 2 weeks I can feel my lower back loosening up – I no longer feel it’s going to go “ping” at any second! This is very different approach to the usual stretches that all other specialists have given me over the years that ultimately haven’t worked. Also, given Gary’s Water-sports back ground, he knew exactly what was needed to prepare me to get back into paddle boarding and Windsurfing. If you suffer back pain – Gary’s your man!

After one session with Gary, an acute sacroiliac joint injury disappeared and I was able to do very physical work the next day. After two sessions, I have not felt my long-term neck injury for weeks and so can only believe (disbelievingly) that Gary has mended this too. He has given me very helpful exercises to maintain a healthy body and his super-direct, positive attitude is inspiring.

Gary’s knowledge in Osteopathy and how the body works are second to none. I’m a dancer and my body needs to be firing on all cylinders to do my job. After my first session with Gary he had pinpointed the issues, that other people in the field had not. And after 3 sessions I was as good as new. He explained what was going on with my body in a clear and understandable way. My husband has also seen Gary. After major knee surgery on his Miniscus, his knee is still not right and will sometimes seize up making weight bearing and straightening his leg impossible. After hours spent in A and E to no avail, he went in to see Gary. My husband went in on crutches and came out walking! Need I say anymore.

Having suffered back pain on and off for years, it recently developed into a nasty case of sciatica. The pain was that server I ended up in Hospital, I was then prescribed strong pain relief. The next day I paid a visit to Gary for an assessment and quickly began a detailed recovery plan, Gary has been amazing the stretches and breathing work took an immediate effect & I was able to stop with the pain killers within two days, I have had two further visits and am progressing well, my pain has now eased by 80% and with regular stretching, I'm hoping to make a full recovery. I couldn't recommend Gary enough, from crippling pain (not being able to sleep) to now being almost back to normal in three weeks.

I had a compressed lower lumbar issue that was keeping me from my running and Gary sorted it right out! Not only was the in-person experience excellent (he has a wood stove right by the massage table!), but he provides ongoing care with follow-up emails with stretching and exercise routines. I highly recommend Gary if you need a tune up!

Gary was recommended to me by a friend as I was suffering from chronic pain. I’m so glad I took her advice as Gary’s expertise and deft treatment has definitely helped me to understand my body and put me back onto the route to recovery. Gary is a highly experienced professional practitioner, able to recognise the root of the problem whilst making manageable recommendations. My range of movement is now better and his knowledgeable no-nonsense approach is refreshing and uplifting. Thanks for everything Gary, you are the best!
