I've been working with Richard and the AP team over the last couple of years and have been seriously impressed with their ethos and output. AP came in to run a workshop for our start-up that was suffering serious growing pains. They challenged our longstanding opinions and thought processes and helped us solve problems in a way that extremely eye-opening. This allowed the business to change direction and focus down on the clear priorities. I believe the only way to progress is to surround yourself with people that bring something different to the table. This is what AP do with aplomb.

Shake It Up Creative

We have attended several of the events that always possible curate and facilitate. They are all about sharing ideas, innovation, being curious, future thinking and community. If you want to be inspired, learn lots and be part of something special, then definitely check out always possible and what they get up to event-wise and also with the Possibility Club which is their ideas and insight group. The events we've experienced are open, friendly, thought provoking and it feels great to take part, participate and learn. Highly recommend!

Hello Richard I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the excellent workshop this morning. We were a small group but I think that worked really well – everyone was fully engaged and able to share their opinions, something that is sometimes more difficult with larger groups. Your facilitation was excellent, I particularly like the way you sum up what we have all said in a way that helps us to understand our ideas better. I also really liked your idea of using panels of students / young people to sense check the information that we send out around the STEaM agenda and to help with our use of language and images.
