Sam and his dad came to see us for s quote. They were really professional and gave us a comprehensive and good value quote for a loft conversion. We were really impressed by the level of detail and the time spent with us explaining everything from start to finish. We didn't proceed with the conversion in the end due to a change of plan. But if we had we would have gone with Amazing space. I would strongly recommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure to have the Amazing Space team come in and completely transform our home over the last few weeks. Right from the start John and Oggie were very clear about prices, time-frames and any other questions we may have had relating to this project. We were given sensible, realistic advice about the best options for our needs, leaving us in no doubt that we'd chosen the best company to do this loft conversion. When the work began it ran like clockwork. They have a really fantastic team of lads who, not only did brilliant job of converting our loft into a huge room and bathroom but they also took the time to spend answering the endless questions fired at them by our over-excited 6yr old and 4 yr old! Nothing was too much for these guys; on dormer day, after working for 11 hours on a cold roof, Pat still was still there at 6.30pm chatting to us about the best place to position the Velux windows! The plumbers, electricians, roofers and tilers who work with AS are also spot on and the way they all work around each other in such cramped spaces is a clear indication of their professionalism and attention to detail. Not sure what else we can say other than, if we moved and wanted to do this again, we wouldn't consider anyone else.
The build was a great experience from start to finish. The work quality was impressive, so much so I spent ages just admiring the work. The work went far beyond what I had expected, and seamlessly joined up with the rest of the house. Very very pleased.
Can't praise these guys highly enough for the quality and professionalism of our loft conversion. They started on time and finished a week ahead of schedule. They only do loft conversions so they are really expert at making the most of your space. The whole process was speedy and seamless, with any additional contractors brought in just at the right time so there were no long periods of waiting. They were communicative and helpful throughout and all the tradesmen that we had in the house were courteous, professional and tidied up after themselves. The finished job is really impressive and all achieved in 7 weeks. They have a long waiting list for a reason - absolutely worth the wait!
From the initial consultation through to completion, Amazing Space were absolutely superb. The quotes we obtained from various loft conversion companies showed that Amazing Space are at the higher end of the price range, but there's a simple reason for that: you get what you pay for. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is second-to-none. The project management is faultless. The guys are all friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and professional. At every stage of the process we had complete peace of mind that the project was in safe hands. The conversion was delivered within budget, and had we not been locked down for COVID-19 it would definitely have been delivered early, as the team were ahead of schedule when they downed tools. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in using them again (not that we want to move now!) or recommending them to friends and family. Five stars - no question.
