Brilliant. Great haircut, great price, appointments running right on time (busy Saturday) and the whole shop is spotless with all of the Covid precautions taken care of. I certainly felt completely safe and will 100% be back next time I need a trim!

I called and said thursday please for a hair cut. Then as I was told friday max could do a cut earlier, i said yep do friday. Turned up today being friday and anna in her life revolves around me short attitude said, “you were supposed to be here yesterday.” No smile. No hello. And ended the sentence with a scowl. I told her in simple terms what i just said about it being friday instead of thirsday. She thrned to look back at her sweeping and said “well max be here in a minute ask him.” Then after waiting on the street for ten minutes another guy turned up saying he was booked for max at 9am. Then 9.10 and max arrived. Walked straight past me. The guy said to max you have double booked us. He ushered the guy in and never even walked out to speak to me. Anna was there and she never even said max go out and speak to him. I walked away. Anna has a short attitude and their customer service stinks.

Max, this is no reflection on you, on your own you are five stars everytime. You do a great cut on my sons hair and are really friendly and down to earth. However, the reason for this review was the attitude of Anna. Obviously Saturday's are notoriously busy and you expect that in customer service. However, I sat waiting for my son to have his haircut with Anna patiently, understanding that the queue was long which was never the problem, until Anna asked Darren who I wanted to cut the boys hair and instead a of speaking to me directly, she made a point of saying that she had others before me, which I was aware and was happy to wait. However, to stand there and continue to remark about 'everyone having come in at once to have their hair done by her' in a rude manner, with no friendliness to her tone was simply unacceptable, especially waiting for almost an hour, before leaving due to her attitude! I don't have to bring my boys to your shop and have hard earned money being spent on someone who is simply rude and related to only those she is friendly with. This is the first time I have left a review like this, but it is not the first time I have experienced her attitude. If you begrudge customers wanting you to cut their hair (which should be a compliment) then maybe it's time to do something else! Disgraceful!
