Excellent service. When I wanted a new (to me) B&O system I spent several weeks looking at options from various retailers. The prices were very attractive, and the communication was great. Mike even delivered and demonstrated the system. When my B&O packed up after 18 years I searched for a replacement and found a second hand Beocenter 6-23 MK II at the Approved Bang & Olufsen centre. It couldn't have been easier. The description was accurate, it was immaculate and delivered to my door. The price was a fraction of the original. The television is now installed and working perfectly. I would recommend the Approved Bang & Olufsen centre to anybody and will be visiting them again when I need another television.

Bought a Beosound 9000 Mk3 from B&O Hove... Mike was very knowledgeable, and feel complete peace of mind knowing how this classic audio unit has been stripped back, cleaned and serviced by experienced engineers. Just received a replacement table charger for my Beocom 6000 phone - delighted with the prompt service, excellent condition of the charger and the fact that my phone is back in action. Such an iconic B&O design and after 20 years it is still going strong (thanks to the new charger!).
