Purchased a product off of eBay for click and collect from this branch. Went in to collect met by a young lady who could not find my parcel as I had no bar code and sent me away. I had another code from eBay and returned to store spoke with a young man who also couldn’t find my product. He passed me to another lady. I explained what had happened. She then told me it had past the collection date. She went to look for the product and found it. She told me that due to the company policy she was unable to release the goods to me. She had to return the product back to the seller. Despite asking for my product she would not release it to me. I took a photo of the parcel in store with her hand on it. It has not been received by the seller. Apparently they don’t record returns out and dates of postage. So I’ve paid for a product but not received due to incompetence of staff. Seller stating non return of product so I’m out of pocket. Well done store. Won’t be using you again and will be chasing you for my losses.

Purchased an item which advised next day collection.. Went to collect item and was served by an extremely rude lady who said that they hadn't had time to unload it. Very rude and very unhelpful. Will never shop there again. It must happen alot my parents said the same thing happened to them.. Do argos not train their staff on basic customer service?
