Consu is the best personal trainer you can ask for. She will make sure that each exercise and coaching is a perfect fit for each one of her clients, and always with a big smile on her face. She has gotten me to enjoy exercise and wanting to challenge my body, and I look forward for my hours with her each week.

Consu brings bags of energy and fun to every workout. She pushes me enough to keep me motivated but always does it with a smile. I started training with her initially to increase my energy levels but I have also lost weight, become stronger and changed my body shape. I would highly recommend her.
Consu of ArribA Fitness is bloody amazing. I struggled to get enough movement and exercise in the first lockdown and I lost strength and stamina which I was determined to get back. Fast forward to now, my core is stronger, I'm able to run more than 30 seconds without dying and have lost inches all over and feel more toned. Consu has been so accommodating over lockdown and during our sessions ensuring I don't skip back to bad habits. Book her up if you want to see changes in your strength or body shape - she's brilliant!

Consu is an excellent Personal Trainer, she makes sure you are working hard through your sessions and is very encouraging and motivating. After not exercising for a while and working in a stressful job, she has helped me get back my love for exercise and I look forward to my sessions with her and the Boot Camp on Saturday mornings. Im getting good results, feel stronger, getting fitter and have much more energy. As a woman in my 40s, I find the sessions really enjoyable and not intimidating at all, which I feel I might if I was in a gym. Consu is also really lovely and friendly and as hard as the sessions are, they are also fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend Consu if you are looking for PT sessions or a Boot Camp.
Consu is a friendly, fun, warm and amazing trainer. I recently had a baby so wanted to get back into fitness and working with Consu has been an incredible journey. I have always dipped in and out of fitness and dieting, but with the guidance of Consu my views towards food and exercise have dramatically changed. I now love exercise and really look forward to our weekly sessions. Consu makes me feel comfortable when I work out as she is very aware of my ability and is always adapting my exercise plan to suit me even half way through a session if she sees I am struggling or not doing it safely we change the exercise. She also gave me a yummy food plan which has given me the skills and knowledge to now plan and prepare my own meals and feel confident in doing so which is something I found very overwhelming before. I highly recommend this amazing lady she really has changed my life for the better and together we have improved my health and well-being.
Fantastic classes with a excellent gym instructor. Consuelo sets up the classes with a good mixture of exercises for a full body work out and also throws in elements of competitions to keep us on our toes. I love it.
Consu is a fantastic trainer! She really cares about everyone doing well and is always enthusiastic and motivating. As someone who is new to working out I was abit nervous but I had nothing to worry about! Her attention to detail when adjusting your technique is always great and done with a smile. Most of all I love how much of a community she has built and how fun and inclusive her classes are.
