I can't recommend Chris, Emily & Tracy enough to anyone going through a bereavement and needing to organise a funeral service remotely (from overseas even). The Attree & Kent Hove team managed and arranged everything perfectly. The team thought of everything so I didn't have to. They were very very thoughtful and put mum's and my every wish first. Very high level of service and great communication. Thank you all very much.

Attree & Kent handled our mother's funeral recently and we cannot praise them enough. They were so kind, thoughtful, supportive and helpful as well as extremely professional throughout the whole process. They went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful for making such a difficult time a special occasion and a positive experience. A truly exceptional team of people.
We cannot thank the team at Attree and Kent Hove enough for their wonderful help and service when arranging my Mum’s funeral recently. They were recommended to my Mum years ago when my Dad passed away so I had no hesitation in calling them to arrange Mum’s send off. They have such a kind, caring manner and nothing was too much trouble for them and we could call in at any time to deliver items or ask their advice. We asked if Mum could be brought down to her road so the neighbours could say goodbye and it was a beautiful sight to see. I had mentioned that we were asking guests to wear a splash of pink, at which point Chris said “we can wear pink ties!” As we couldn’t donate the flowers to anyone Chris suggested that guests took a flower from the arrangement as a keepsake. It was all these little extra things that made the arrangements so much easier and nicer. They even handled the online condolences and collection and arranged the beautiful flowers for Mum. Everyone has commented what a wonderful send-off Mum had and we did so with their help and advice!

All staff were professional, empathetic, kind and caring who oversaw all the funeral arrangements which is needed when one is in such a distressed state. I was confident that the funeral would be conducted perfectly, which it was, despite the restrictions on the numbers able to attend. The staff kept in constant contact throughout keeping me up to date with the ever-changing rules and regulations. They certainly made a heartbreaking situation bearable.
Where do I start with this extraordinary team! Chris, Emily, Laura, Terry and the rest of the team in Hove are just beyond incredible at everything they do. They helped me organise a very personal unique service on the sudden loss of my young husband. Helped me with my many requests and made a truly tragic time bearable. They even changed their tie colours as knew my husband wasn't a black tie fan and helped me get the most original unique coffin which was so personal to myself and my husband. They enveloped me into their family and now feel I have friends for life. They never made me feel like I was a burden. They held my hand at every point of organisation from start to finish, allowed me to create a very special day for an incredible man taken too soon. They really do go above and beyond at every point. I am extremely grateful for all of their help and support. Even afterwards, they are still there for you. Truly amazing team! Thank you!
