This is the worst company I have ever heard of and even dealt with, Job has been done, and 3 weeks later , they still can not remove their scaffoldings, business has been affected. because they put all their signs in front of the business sign to get more advertisement, scaffolding license expired on 17/05/2014 by 12 midnight, 10am 18/05/2014 scaffolding is still in its place, We called "Brighton and Hove city Council", and guess what Mr officer said, "oh this is very big and nice company" so I said thank you for your emotions, but the license has expired yesterday, he said " no sir Austins Cradles has renewed the license, and the licence now is in date until end of July. I said ok thank you very much for your time, one hour later, Austins Cradle scaffolders have arrived and started to remove the scaffolding, and after a deep investigation, we found out that the licence has not been renewed, and its on public road not licensed. Wow a complaint has been made to Brighton Council, and waiting acknowledgement letter about the complaint from them and then a copy will be sent the area MP . So he has an idea of how good we are getting in Brighton, and God knows to where else I will take this further. So If you ever are responsible and your business lease includes building maintenance and repairing, and thought about scaffolding company, No1: think about your business, you need company which respects timing, because having the job done within one month but they can not remove it till 2 or 3 months , its ridiculous like "Austins Cradles".

They blocking the ambulance pay without caring an ambulance car came and couldn't park . A short man with a beard refused to let a disabled car to park in a disabled pay in brighton because he was reserved it to some body he knows .. disgusting!!!!
