My wife and I visited your shop in Hove this morning and ordered 5 bagels, a few sides and some coffees for our sons 26th birthday breakfast treat. Your colleague Tiago was on his own but could not have been more courteous, helpful and patient as we constructed our order. The service and the quality of the food and drinks were exceptional, and our son had a very happy start to his birthday. Please can you pass on our thanks to Tiago for his incredible skill and service. We will definitely return for more food and drinks in the future. Lovely! We always enjoy our bagels but today was a particularly pleasant experience. There were a couple of staff members who we've not seen before and they were a lot of fun, smiling, enjoying themselves and singing. A guy called Dan was training a new staff member called Cerys and went to a lot of trouble to make sure our bagels looked and tasted amazing - even though that involved remaking one of them - thanks guys!
Always amazing quality bagels with plenty of choice on fillings. The drinks and chips they serve are good quality too. Lovely staff serving who clearly love their job and make some great food. If you ever visit Brighton, you missed out if you didn't get a bagelman
Always enjoy the bagels from here as a lunchtime treat, good selection for Meat, Veggie and Vegan palates

Sadly the gluten free bagel option has not been available for a long time. It is not quite clear why suppliers can’t be switched if there is some fundamental problem. I used to visit because it was one of the few places with gluten free options and the bagel was really good. -In a situation like this some flexibility would be welcome. When asked if I could then buy a gluten free bagel elsewhere and bring it in while paying full price, the answer was no.
Not bad... bagels fresh but all 4 different bagelscould have been seasoned better
Me and my mum used to love bagelman, but these last few months have found the standards have dropped. We used to come once a week but the bagels seem to have to changed and aren’t as tasty anymore. My mum after eating a bagel found mould, we have waited up to 20 minutes on several occasions, all of the staff seemed to have changed and the customer service isn’t as good, and I’ve come into buy bagels but they told me they’ve sold out. I used to rave about this place to everyone but now I certainly wouldn’t recommend coming here to eat. I am gutted as we used to love it here!
