We have been using Belle Casa for a year, and we are really pleased with the service received. They provided really professional cleaners, and when a change had to happen as one of the cleaner was moving, we had a seamless transition to a new cleaner. Both cleaners were really efficient and super-friendly, and going through Belle Casa gives peace of mind in terms of insurance and getting reliable people. I would definitely recommend using this company!
This agency is amazing. I needed someone reliable and trustworthy. Belle Casa had already been recommended to me but I still wasn't sure as I d have a bad experience in the past. Had a very good experience with Belle Casa for more than a year... Even though we had some issues with our first cleaner, they manage to change the cleaner straight away and were very professional to solve that matter. Even we decided to stop using their services due to private reasons (nothing wrong with them at all), they replied very quickly and once agin, very professional til the very end. Our cleaner were nice and we built a nice relationship with her...her and us were flexible on dates...so it was very easy to set up the cleaning day, depending on our diary’s. Belle Casa seems to have a nice ethical relationship with their cleaners as well. 5 well deserved stars.
We started using Belle Casa a few months ago. The cleaner they sent has been brilliant. So much better than our previous private cleaner who was very unreliable. It's wonderful to come back to a lovely clean house every Friday! Only minor suggestion I would make is that we found the website fairly slow and tricky to navigate.

I have used Belle Casa for over a year now, and really would rate it highly. Henry is politeness and kindness itself, and Tony at the office is efficient and always gets back to me the same day. On the rare occasions that my cleaner hasnt been able to get to me, they have arranged for another straight away. The cleaners that Belle Casa employ have always been excellent and I am really happy with their service.
