Amazing staff! All of them were just so lovely, welcoming, friendly and super helpful! First eye test I’ve had for years, first time I’ve been told I needed glasses and all of the staff got involved with helping me to choose my first pair. It was a very pleasant experience and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to all the lovely staff!

I’ve tended to use the Boots opticians in North Street and only booked here as there weren’t appointments available in the other store. But I’ll definitely come back to this store in future. The staff are very friendly and professional - a particular mention for Sharon who was lovely. The environment is Covid safe and the whole experience was brilliant. Thank you.
I had a lovely experience at boots today the front of house staff the optician eveyone was lovely, didnt pressure me to buy any glasses, a particularly pleasant eye test thank you very much ladies

Asma on Reception gave me a very welcoming smile on my arrival for my eye and hearing test and she then did the initial eye examination. Following which Bathany, the Optician, was very friendly and reassuring and gave me a first class service in testing my eyes and eyesight. Following which Karen and Asma assisted me in choosing 2 pairs of new specs and at a very good price. I had booked a hearing test for the same day but technical probs prevented this from taking place but im hoping to re-book this for thr day i pick up my new specs, so not a problem! Thank you all at Boots!!!
Have been attending this practice for many years .Had a contact lens emergency today and was given prompt and efficient service. They resolved the problem and I was very happy and grateful . The staff are fab and all very friendly.I would highly recommend !!
