This Boots is well stocked with no 7 products with very helpful staff. I had my flu vaccination there, and the process was very smooth. The pharmacist should have more help so that she is available to answer questions and help people.

Chemists is just awful. They often don't have enough stock of prescription medication resulting in me having to go back the next day. Staff are very polite and helpful though which is why I gave an extra star.

There is one member of staff who has always been rude to me when I have visted Boots (young woman with short brown hair). She once made me wait one whole hour for my prescription and when I asked her what was taking so long, she said the gall to say \oops I forgot you were there!\. She was also very rude to my mother on one occassion. I find her behaviour rather strange as she is not a pharmacist but a sales assistant (an inadequate one at that). Avoid this Boots at all costs- the one in town is much better.

This is jus because one woman who works there! Only to her! I went on 08/21/2020 to get my prescription. A woman with black hair and glasses and she’s relatively tall and thin, always dressed in black, I really couldn't even ask her name. It was quite rude and discriminatory when it came to me. when I arrived, she was already yelling at a costumer. When it was my turn, I said what I wanted, gave my last name and she crudely asked what kind of name it was. I am an immigrant, but I work here, I pay taxes and she has no right to treat me as if I were illegal or I was pending her to pay my bills! I speak enough languages \u200b\u200bto be understood (other people from the pharmacy already received me and they treated me very well) and she even made fun of my name. It was a very unpleasant experience! I got up my courage and asked if she was upset with me just to make sure I did something. She was rude, prejudiced, discriminatory and disrespectful! I never treated anyone here that way!
