Worth being aware: I booked and paid by phone through national number. 15% damage waiver was added before VAT to my order but not mentioned. Price is still fair but you will pay 15% vat over your agreed price - annoying.

My first experience with Brandon Hire and the service was beyond my expectation. I hired some equipments which I never used before and the staff were very helpful and gave me the best advice. The transformer was faulty, so had to swap it, however I was offered a full refund which was great. Highly recommend this store.
