NEVER RENT FROM THIS AGENT. Brices simply do not care about tenants. This agency is evicting an asthma sufferer during a respiratory pandemic. I have paid full rent during this time. On top of being a cold, heartless, calculating set of agents and having a total disregard for human health and dignity, they fail to respond to emails plus allowed the Landlord to store their belongings in our living room for WEEKS against our will, with zero compensation. Despite paying 3,000 per month, all they do is act with pure disdain for who pays them rent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Louise and the team went above and beyond throughout my entire experience with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they really did go 'the extra mile'. They are knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and approachable. Due to the bad weather we have had recently, I have had various maintenance issues arising and they were always on hand to resolve and organise any help needed! Even at 10 o'clock at night, speaking to Louise or Ellie, they organised work to be carried out in a timely fashion and I really feel that they cared. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would like to say thank you to all of the team. Seriously, thank you SO much, I will always be grateful x
