The guy’s absolutely useless, after contacting him about a project, he told me he was still able to produce despite the pandemic. He gave a quote, and I was happy to go ahead with it, then haven’t heard anything despite repeatedly trying to contact him. A complete waste of my time.

A little slow to respond, but they have acknowledged this and offered to put things right which is appreciated.
Friendly, helpful and excellent customer service. I only needed a few small pieces cut so I called ahead and they said to just drop in and they'd cut them for me. 30 minutes later I had the bits I needed at a very reasonable price! Excellent dimensional cut accuracy.
Just picked up a couple of 10mm laser cut wash boards/doors for my boat. MM perfect to my CAD drawing, excellent accuracy and finish. Very pleased with the result and the price. I’d recommend to anyone based upon my experience.
