My mum had a wonderful get-your-first-jab experience. She's had a torrid time following a stroke just before Christmas, and we - her children - have been constantly rewriting the Covid-impacted care plan week to week, with one of us always testing, isolating, and then helping her with her recovery at home. The vaccine's a massively important part of that recovery and getting part one has made a huge difference, to her personally and (in the future) to our ability to properly help. Thank you all so much!

Really impressed with this surgery since moving here four years ago. Very easy to get an appointment and the nurses especially are so friendly. The receptionists very welcoming and the surgery is bright and pleasant to be in. It really feels like part of the community and a place that is striving for excellence

Have had two recent interactions with amazing service from Brighton Health and Well-being Centre! First was from Dr Sam Hall. Dr Hall was extremely caring, reassuring and professional in their approach to my medical concern! I finished the consultation with a weight lifted and can’t express enough gratitude for the way in which Dr Hall assisted me. Secondly I received amazing service from Hannah when calling through to the reception regarding a prescription issue! Hannah resolved the issue immediately, was very sympathetic to the speed of which I required the medication as well as being polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you to the whole team for your recent medical assistance!
