“We make every effort to ensure that projects are: Completed within the agreed time frame, Carried out with the minimal amount of disruption to all involved” Turns up 7.45 AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING… 8.15am DRILLING AND HAMMERING… SAYS IT ALL REALLY… My poor neighbours… That’s after a house being noisily “improved”, quite often in the evening as well, till around 9pm if not later, for over 3 weeks. All your mixed bag of drilling, hammering, scraping, sawing, screwing etc. Inside and out, and a total disregard for the adjoining properties that they spilled over into. I saw someone who wanted to speak to the ‘Boss’ and he answered his phone, went into the house and ignored the person completely. “Run in a controlled and methodical manner” This was unbelievable – WORKMEN SHOUTING LOUDLY IN THE STREET WHERE THE FRONT DOOR KEYS ARE HIDDEN! I counted about 33 DIFFERENT PEOPLE coming and going to deal with the house. I think the locks should be changed… And so many unmarked cars, vans and lorries. Why don’t they want people to know who they are? This company only cares about them/himself. They ignore the building laws that are in place to protect the rights of residents. “Carried out with the minimal amount of disruption to all involved” is THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF LIES... I live a very quiet life by myself and felt very intimidated by them. I don’t know these people and they turned up and caused so much noise and chaos. I never interfered with their work BUT BOY did they interfere with my work, life and peace of mind… Another group of neighbour’s that have fallen out. Well done Brighton Property Solutions, keep up the good work… I know friends who are thinking of improving their property and I will not be recommending them.
