I would highly recommend Kirsten's personal training. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and gives far more than just a workout routine. I learnt loads about the right way of eating and good nutrition with her as well.
I found Brightonfit when searching on-line for a personal Trainer that would take me on with all my random health issues! As soon as I met Kirstin I felt excited about exercise again, and more so I felt safe doing so. She has endless experience and has really helped me rekindle my love for exercise/getting fit. She provides great support/knowledge while varying the exercises I do- keeping me on my toes, and keeping me motivated even on bad days! As someone who is completely new to exercise, Kirstin and her team have been brilliant. They are able to pitch the sessions at the correct level for me and are all extremely encouraging and motivating. They work on weak areas and tailor the sessions to your individual needs/requirements. I would thoroughly recommend them all!
I have been working with Kirstin for about 10 weeks now and would highly recommend her as a personal trainer. Every single session has been different and although Kirstin pushes me to do more than I think I can she is not at all boot-camp like about it. She takes a holistic approach looking at diet & nutrition as well as exercise both at her studio and through setting \home-work\. Kirstin is genuinely interested in what I want to achieve and in how I cope with different exercises, she tailors each session both before and during to ensure that I get the most from the time. I am never bored, tired and aching yes, but bored no! I don't generally like exercise for exercise's sake being more of a sports player than say a runner but Kirstin mixes up cardio and strength training making every session interesting. She is very engaging and easy to get along with which just makes the whole experience one that I get an immense amount from. I like her willingness to share not only the how but why of the exercises which helps to motivate me. Overall, Kirstin's professional and holistic approach gives me confidence that I can achieve long term health and fitness improvements working with her.
Working with Kirstin this summer has been the most positive and beneficial personal training experience I've ever had. Over the last 5 years, I've generally been fit and had a personal trainer and gym membership of some description and being in Brighton for the summer, decided to improve my running skills with Kirstin. Kirstin showed the utmost professionalism and an intelligent eye for detail that completely personalised my training from the very start. She effective assessed what I was capable of and was highly interested in what I wanted to achieve. She then worked with me to help me to learn both running technique and fitness skills. I was hugely impressed by Kirstin's knowledge of fitness, nutrition and patient answers for all of my questions! Aside form Kirstin's talented approach to getting fit, she is super friendly, calm and confident. She made every session fun and enjoyable and I left each time feeling fitter, more knowledgeable, supported and encouraged. I couldn't recommend Brightonfit enough and am only sorry they dont have a branch here in Hong Kong!
