Ordered a few bits for home delivery, what an absolute treat! I felt I'd received a gift! Beautiful presentation, a friendly note and delicious contents. I ordered the 'day old bread' bundle which is an excellent idea to reduce waste. Really chuffed, it's made my day to be treated with such kindness and I can't wait to head to the Hove branch when I'm next in town. Thank you!

What a turnaround of a customer experience After ordering various items (a fresh juice, a zero wastage basket, a beer and a vegan role) I was left disappointed as I paid 17 via Deliveroo but was left with only a few items one of which was a stale Pain au chocolat (see picture). I did point my frustration out to Brodwolf and I did not have to wait long for a reply. Mollie of Brodwolf not only explained what happened but also got in touch with Deliveroo to refund me some of the costs and in addition arranged for a separate delivery to me which arrived the following morning. And I have to say what I received was more than making up for the previous experience. They arranged for a little basket of various items (see picture) all of which were delicious so far. The picture does not do it justice because of the various tasty treats hidden behind paper but I wanted to show to which length they went. I can only say thank you for such dedication and goodwill to turn my experience around. I will return
Just got a deliveroo order. Coffee was delicious and hot, but the cake that arrived was the heaviest driest slab I've ever tried to eat, topped (disguised?!) with an inch thick layer of Nutella, i couldn't even eat it... which is saying something!
We ordered some doughnuts for my mother in law 's Birthday and they arrived looking just as amazing as they did on the website, also tasted really good too! I emailed the bakery to ask if they might add a little Birthday note which they did, they also kindly added in several other treats into my order free of charge which was super kind! Thank you. :)
