Julianna at Cales has been absolutely fantastic, as has Brad. From checking in to checking out due to finally buying a house, they have been brilliant. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and hassle free at my convenience. Check in and out was fair and hassle free and I got my deposit back on the same day I checked out. Up to this point I have always rented and have been around most of the letting agents in Brighton and Hove. Cales and Co have been by far head and shoulders above the rest in terms of customer service, putting the tenant first and just overall functionality. Things get done and they get done quickly and to a high standard. Best experience of a letting agent and managed property I have ever had. Totally recommend Cales to anyone either renting for the first time or the tenth time, you won't find a more friendly or competent letting agent in Brighton and Hove. Cales handled the sale of my Dad's house for me when he passed away. Matt was incredibly professional, caring, sensitive and sold the house very quickly. He juggled the delay whilst we were waiting for probate , chasing regularly, keeping me, the buyer and the solicitor in the loop. I have bought and sold 3 houses in my life and hands down Matt at Cales was exceptional at his job. I hope I never have to consider using anyone other than Matt if I move again.
