Went to Carpet Right in Hove and was really satisfied with the customer service. Young man called Dave helped us pick the right carpet for our budget and our needs, was very knowledgeable about all the products. The value for money is perfect, we got a great quality product in budget and the fitting was efficient with professional and diligent fitters.

Love this place. We had an extension and were quoted for a new carpet and to replace the carpets in the bedrooms as well. Went to Carpetright and got it not only 50% cheaper (in the sale so timely) but also delivered in and around our time frames as we decorated each room. So the carpet was ordered in one go to get the sale price, but called off as and when we completed decorating a room. Win-win for us!

Absolutely AWFUL experience. I have never written a google review before but felt I had to to save anyone from a similarly awful experience. The order was messed up midway through fitting without any explanation or apology and now we have to wait weeks for it to be finished forcing us to live with all of our belongings boxed up with a baby in the house. The staff are unhelpful, uncaring and refused to offer any apology or goodwill. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
