Impossible to book an appointment. Too many people calling in so you can't get through. Lots of administrative mishaps and unprofessional behaviour like recording the wrong address, losing information, not logging details, refusing to print out test results etc. Doctors don't take you seriously. I gave up and switched to a different surgery after 4 months of getting nowhere, new surgery is a world of difference!
