Rude reception being 6 minutes late for a 30 minute allocated time of 9-9.30. It literally takes a few minutes to measure older children's feet. Lady said she had cancelled the appointment on my arrival - however I received no text or email or phone call . Considering the shop opened at 9am , she had obviously taken a walk in, that she was too busy to see me at 9.06 ?

Friendly staff,and patient when getting shoes for youngster's. At the moment I would recommend booking for fittings.
