There is one moody lady that works there. Seems as if she hates life. Ruins my mood every time I go in. Smile woman!

Good range of products, but if you get unlucky with the staff member she'll just keep you waiting while she does her own thing. I eventually gave up waiting, left everything on the counter, and left. This has never happened at the sainsburys that's a couple of mins walk down the road.

There is this one women that works in the co-op (grey hair, usually wears orange glasses, literally NEVER smiles) she has absolutely not a clue about customer service. She never says hello, thank you, nothing. She slams down your change and before you’ve even finished packing your shopping she walks away and carry’s on with something else. This is our local co-op and the closest to our house however we have decided to have the extra 10 min walk to Sainsbury’s because we try to avoid this women...
