Convenient place to collect parcels, lovely staff, always pleasant and friendly.
Horrible newsagent from the dark ages. Tried to steal my parcel by “not being able to find it” this has repeatedly happened so much that it appears a scam. Also inept inefficient and unprofessional. Nasty people aggressive and projecting. Hot stuffy unpleasant shop, try Palmeira News instead by Palmeira square. I actively avoid Ups due to the difficulties recovering my goods from this “shop” Hole. Tried to get a rise out of me whilst I was patient before I realised these people were tying to rip me off. They also have links to Austin Rees who has tried to extort large amounts of money from me. Unacceptable. (Trading Standards family background)
Turned up needing to collect my UPS delivery, to find that they don't stick to their advertised hours and rock up whenever they feel like it. Rather than apologise and get me my parcel, they told me to go away, and make a complaint if I had a problem. Total shambles, and a pretty grotty looking shop.
