Click and collect.. If you have a car they bring the product to you.. If on foot you wait outside and they bring the product to you... Really simple, easy and stress free.. Win win

Big place with great deals. The staff can try to hard to sell and when you not interested they can get the knock and decided not to help unless you want to buy something. The management are rude and couldn't care less about customers or if they have concerns. The refund policy is ridiculous, if you open it then you can't return it. Currys could be amazing but they let themselves down on so many levels. I would check other places before considering currys because if something goes wrong you will have a hard time refunding or exchanging if you have opened the product and tried it out.

I bought a 55in tv they brought it out in the rain left it on the side on the floor in the rain getting wet in disabled had to struggle to put in car no help domped it in the wet and went off discussing

Usually I get frustrated by the amount of assistants asking if I need help. The day I needed help not 1 person asked me if I needed it. I was browsing at things I didn't need, after completing a lap of the store I was unable to find what I wanted. Wasn't busy as there were only 3 customers. Some sales staff having chats amongst themselves. 2 X with customers. 2 guys outside next to the entrance on a smoke break shouting \how come you get to leave early\ across the car park to a female staff member.
