This is the store I think of when I think of sofas. They had a brilliant selection of leather and fabric sofas and corner pieces and chairs and modular sofas and at a range of prices. They had recliners which were either powered or manual. I liked a lot of them. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable in the way you'd imagine sales people to be. There is a 4 year interest free credit which is excellent. Would recommend and return there.

Famous mid-market furniture chain. Not really anything very special, but certainly a wide collection seats, sofas, coffee tables and accessories. Helpful staff and plenty of parking. To me it looks a bit to much like a ‘furniture warehouse’; I missed the little mood-corners with furniture and accessories that go well with eachother.

Brought a sofa and cuddle chair, came in February. After less than 3 weeks it started to sag especially the cuddle chair also the front bottom fabric loose. Told nothing wrong but did sort out the loose fabric. Complained again during lockdown as the sofa and chair both lower than advertised, but also this time the fabric on the sofa became loose. Repaired the loose fabric after lockdown lifted and took seat cushions away to stuff with more filling although I was advised the foam was better (more money) to stop the sagging (more lies) also told cuddle seat suitable for 2 people (more lies) as service people told only 1 person. I have now been on the phone for 30 minutes to complain again as the sofa has began to sag again. Took out the interest free credit at this rate the sofa will be at the tip before I finish paying for it

Bought a sofa from here, when it arrived it didn't fit even though according to their measurements it would. The staff at the shop was no help, pushed for a re delivery even though the delivery men was certain it would never fit. I received such poor customer service that I didn't want a different sofa, i just wanted my money back as I paid in full. Arranging a refund was near on impossible as trying to get hold of the shop is very hard, let alone the manager who was never there or never called back apart from twice. Ended up going through PayPal to get my money back as they were just not doing anything, near on a month later I'm only just in the process of receiving a refund, of which they are still keeping the 117 deposit which is outrageous. I've had to loan a sofa so my heavily pregnant partner has somewere to sit. Avoid these cowboy's at all costs.
