These guys have just completed a brand new central heating system, new boiler and fitted my dream bathroom. Sam and Adam have been excellent, they went out of their way to make sure that our speedy renovation stayed on track. Matt’s knowledge and advice on all elements has been amazing, the finish is absolutely spot on they all went over and above to get us in our new home for Christmas. We can’t thank them enough, we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great service again from Dorrington this year (we had boilers serviced and a gas safety certificate issued). Communication with Rachel in the office is always efficient and clear. Matt is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions - he arrives on time for appointments and does a very thorough job each time - and everything is clean and tidy when he leaves. We receive annual reminders when our services/GSC are due which is great as it's one less thing to have to remember! And their prices are very reasonable too! We highly recommend them.
This family firm has been truly excellent. I have used them 3 times. First they serviced our boiler and replaced a faulty thermostat and brought our central heating up to date including a new overflow pipe to modern specs. They replaced an outdoor tap with 2 taps which we needed. Last, we had an emergency where I couldn’t turn off our cold water tap in the bathroom. I phoned at 11 am and by 4 pm they had fitted an identical replacement. At all times they were efficient, pleasant and tidied up. Superb and reasonably priced. Will certainly use again.
We had a problem with our built in shower which nobody was interested in repairing. We then found Dorrington Plumbing. Matt came along and repaired the unit for us. Matt is polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have our shower working again after a year!! We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate in using them again. Thank you very much indeed.
My 13 year old combi boiler recently stopped producing hot water. Matt attended promptly and provided me with options for repair or replacement. He was not pushy at all but as the repair costs were high, I decided to opt for a new boiler as I felt it a better option. I was provided with three options, budget, mid range and high-end and went for the midrange Ideal 35C combi with a chemical flush, scale reducer and filter. I The boiler also came with a 10 year warranty! As I have a 7 month old baby, Matt and Rachel went out of their way to book me in at very short notice despite being externally busy (always a good sign) and Matt and Sam carried out the work within 3/4 of a day. They were prompt, courteous, very personable, and extremely neat with their work - something that they clearly take pride in. All in all, I am very happy and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Granted there are cheaper engineers around but in my experience, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys and I have to say, I’m glad I spent the money! Five stars guys, big thumbs up!
