Friday 10th May. After making over 60 phone calls to the surgery to get an appointment today I eventually got through to receptionist Lauren. I had been telephoned on 9th May to say I needed to see a GP to discuss my blood results. Naturally I was concerned as I have an ongoing medical condition. Without giving inappropriate medical information she was able to re-assure me that it was not urgent. She used her initiative was polite and friendly. I am very grateful to her.
