I love this place so much . i had a 6 month stay in hospital and when i come out i had gained a lot of weight and i was very weak. Now i am so much stronger and ive lost weight. I feel confident again and feel like i know what im doing with equipment now instead of walking around the gym like a heedless chicken. Thank you all so much

I've been a member of this gym for around 5 months and I've lost over 60lbs thanks to Alex and his knowledge of exercise & nutrition. Alex and his team put together structured workouts that work! Their commitment to your progress towards your goal is second to none and the encouragement and support they give is incredible. This is not a "posers" gym with musclemen flexing in mirrors, it's an eclectic mix of "everymen" working to change their fitness levels for the better.

I started with Alex a year ago, and immediately was impressed with the atmosphere in the gym (relaxed and welcoming to all standards/conditions), Alex's knowledge of physiology and nutrition, and the variety of exercise/circuits. Lost a lot of weight in a short space of time, which has stayed off, and have been able to manage the joint pain i suffer from in knees, neck and back while still working hard. Highly recommend.
