I have attend workshops previously with Ana and loved her approach to teaching and movement so had wanted to do this course for a while ( moving fascia foundations). Being on line allowed me to complete this in my own time which has been fantastic. This course gives a really in depth understanding on what fascia is and its place as we develop embryologically. This is taken into consideration what this understand means to us as an individual and the way we approach movement and body work. Ana introduces her movement method that isn't prescriptive but applies all the information covered in the modules. She is very generous with her approach. I found the live sessions she held for each module very useful. Being able to ask and hear other peoples questions and thoughts bought the module to life and bought in more interaction that you would have from a live course. They were also recorded so if you couldn't attend you didn't miss out. It has been a great way to continuing my exploration of fascia and the more information I have, the more it influences and changes my approach to teaching and massage therapy.
