Very friendly staff. No need to book an appointment, although at busier times (mon-fri after 3.30pm and weekends) may want to book or be willing to wait a little while. Always do a great job at our manicures and pedicures and their acrylics and extensions seem to always be decent and last up to 3 weeks. Reasonable prices, loyalty card available for free to all. Had one experience where the manicure was fairly poor. Other than that my experience has been positive.
